If you are a DOT-holder operating cargo-carrying commercial vehicle(s) that cross state and/or international lines, you must have a UCR. UCR is federally mandated and state-administered. Suspension of bypass privileges for non-registration is not a PrePass decision. UCR Enforcement will begin January 1, 2025, To avoid red lights at inspection stations, you must register for UCR 2025 by DECEMBER 31, 2024. To register for UCR, go to https://www.ucr.gov/
